I have two 600 sf studio apartments that I have opened to ABNB. They are new and have all amenities. We have security systems and cameras. Parking in front except for King Biscuit when Cherry St. is closed. There is a lot immediately behind my building with provided parking passes. Guest will appreciate the location. It is the center of everything and guest can listen to King Biscuit music from the balcony. Our goal is to give guests a world class travel experience in Helena.

There is fishing(in season). A very peaceful place to unplug and take in all that Mother Nature has to offer. We do have Wi-Fi but can be a bit spotty during cloudy weather.

Screened in front & back porch. Firepit in backyard. Great getaway spot! OWNERS HAVE NO ADVANCE KNOWLEDGE OF WATER LEVELS ON THE LOWER LAKE OR IF THE DOCK WILL BE ACCESSIBLE.
