Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Welcome to my pet friendly Airbnb. The apartment is at the back our house, separated by our double garage. You have your own bedroom, living space, kitchenette, bathroom, carpark and rear garden. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchenette. A microwave and electric frypan are supplied. Central location, walk to the supermarket, shops & eateries. Unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix, Chromecast and continental breakfast included. Only a 15 minute drive to Dunedin city or airport.

Sunny and warm, with a heat pump for cooler days. Easy walking distance to the main street (George St), Supermarket and the Gardens. Very close to the University, Polytechnic and Stadium. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.
