Newly renovated character cottage with 2.5 acres of garden and meadow, in Devon's beautiful Blackdown Hills. The ideal place to get away from it all, while only 10 minutes drive from Honiton and 30 minutes from both Exeter and the Jurassic Coast. Sleeps up to 7 in two bedrooms plus two sofa beds (one double, one single). Well-equipped kitchen, sitting room with log burner, separate TV room, study and conservatory. Stunning views from the upstairs rooms. Up to two dogs welcome. 5 nights minimum.

Situated in the Backdowns, A.O.N.B. In a rural quiet location. Dunkeswell Abbey ruins nearby. Lots of rural footpath walks nearby. Approx 30 minute drive Sidmouth and the south coast. Lyme Regis is approx 40 minutes drive away as is west Dorset and the Jurassic coast. Hemyock village and Dunkeswell village are a 5 minute drive away each with grocery supplies and a post office. Honiton town is approx 20 minute drive away. Nearest public house is Hemyock or Upottery, each a short distance away.

Burrow Hill Cottage is a pet friendly Rural property in a very peaceful location in the Blackdown Hills AONB. The perfect getaway to chill and relax. It is approximately 1 mile from Hemyock at the veryend of a no-through road, no passing cars, lots of wildlife, dark skies and footpaths from your door. The Cottage has plenty of character, very spacious rooms with exposed beams, large inglenook fireplace with log burner. Large private sunny south facing garden with decking area. SECURE FOR DOG

Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Tucked away at the foot of the Blackdown Hills AONB, but with great access to the M5/A373/A30 the cottage is a perfect base for exploring the best of the West Country. So, whether you want countryside walks to picturesque villages and ancient woods or a short drive to the beaches of the Jurassic coast, Exeter, Dartmoor or Exmoor, our cottage is the place to head out from – and the cosy home to return to!

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

In the grounds of a Georgian farmhouse, Selby House offers Ropemaker's Cottage, in a hamlet on the Devon/Somerset border. Ducks, chickens, goats. 1 mile to Wellington and in the Blackdown Hills AONB, great sightseeing, walking & cycling. Quality, stylish self catering holiday accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Access for people with limited mobility - 1 bedroom + wet room on ground floor. Excellent local pub, serving good home cooked meals. Parking. Ask re: 1 night bookings.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.
