The house is ideally placed to enjoy it all! The beach house is opposite the beach, park and playground and has beach views from the ground floor and main bedroom.

The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. It’s the perfect location to avoid getting in the car and discovering what Dunsborough has to offer. You’ll find this space private and comfortable. It is attached to the main house where the owners live but it has its own entry and car park, kitchenette, ensuite and courtyard.
