We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls. hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most of the patio rooms also have enclosed private outdoor patios. All rooms enjoy outdoor entrances, ceiling fans and unshared HVAC systems. Available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds and microwaves, refrigerators, free coffee, and guest robes. Some of the rooms are “dog friendly” with a $35 per dog per night charge

Washington Plaza Hotel - Avery Suite, Free Parking

San Juan Chalet #2 "Upper" King

New hardwood floors, beds, lighting, and furniture. Large king hotel style room with a private balcony with seating. Enjoy your morning coffee on your balcony overlooking the yard and aspen trees and majestic mountain views all around. This large hotel style room is private and spacious. It has a king bed, a leather couch and private bath. In room coffee pot, fridge, and microwave. Like a hotel room but without the big hotel. New fiber internet!

4BR 3BA condo, on river/at ski lift/on Main St

Largest unit at the Alpine Lodge that can sleep up to 12 people. 4 bedrooms (one is semiprivate). Each bedroom has a queen bed. This room has a large kitchen, dining, and living area with two futons making this room perfect for larger parties. No Trailer Parking: Alpine Lodge no longer allows trailers on property, that includes loading and unloading vehicles. Any guests traveling with trailers must use Red River's public parking areas.

"Miss Dolly" Room at the Roughlock Resort

Miss Dolly is a small room located inside a charming old-west style hotel. Queen sized bed, with vanity and private bath. Clean and cozy. Downstairs includes a shared conversation area and dining tables. Dark Skies, cool temperatures, quiet atmosphere. Relax and enjoy. The hotel used to have a steakhouse that is now closed. Guest can use the kitchen to prepare meals and the dining room to dine and visit.
