We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls, hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most rooms have gated private patios however, 15, 16 and 17 share a larger outdoor courtyard. We cannot guarantee a specific room or layout for Airbnb guests. Our patio rooms are available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee, + guest robes. Each room is unique + all are fantastic!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

West Texas Hideout at Iconic Property

The ‘Avery’ is a must see studio space w/ free parking; featuring designer furniture and linens. Perfect location steps from the Plaza. This unit features a full kitchen, a fully tiled bathroom with original 1899 windows and hand selected mid-century modern furniture by local design firm Built Design. A Oaxacan-tiled backsplash and exposed beam accent the full kitchen. The unit is situated in the brand new 215 Washington ‘invisible service’ hotel just steps from the Santa Fe Plaza.

This room will surround you with a sense of calm amid silver blue tones, serving as a perfect backdrop for your views of the aspen-covered mountains. For this room, we provide one, free, off street parking in a controlled parking lot 1/2 block from the Inn. Note: shower is in tub and curtain comes down for use. Miss Dolly is a small room located inside a charming old-west style hotel. Queen sized bed, with vanity and private bath. Clean and cozy. Downstairs includes a shared conversation area and dining tables. Dark Skies, cool temperatures, quiet atmosphere. Relax and enjoy. The hotel used to have a steakhouse that is now closed. Guest can use the kitchen to prepare meals and the dining room to dine and visit.
