We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel. Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park. You'll love this special and memorable stay. Our place is just 10-15 mins from Durango and has gorgeous views of the La Plata Mtns soaring over the farmland. If you are looking for a mountain adventure or romantic escape our Airstream offers 19ft of luxury including a kitchenette, bathroom, and dinning with panoramic windows. Drink your coffee outside and take in the sunrise lighting up the mtns. In the evening you are perfectly positioned for a BBQ, fire, and glass of wine watching the sunset.

The Spruce Loft Apartment

Funstays Glamping! Enjoy the camping and outdoor experience in the comforts our Lodge Loft Apartment! This Loft apartment is on the 2nd floor and has one flight of stairs that leads up to it. Located at Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins, this apartment is setup like a hotel room and ready to use upon arrival. We own the park and have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel. A personal gas grill and patio furniture provided on the private deck outside the apartment.

Lemon Lake HideAway (Glamping)

Our camper is typically used for over flow of our guests. It is super clean and nestled under the trees hidden behind the Lodge. There is power but no water. The bathroom is a full bathroom attached to the backside of the Lodge. There is a mini fridge, convection microwave (bake/broil), BBQ grill, toaster, and coffee maker. You'll also need to bring your own linens (sheets/towels). There is no heat - it would have to be propane and do not want to risk a leak.

Silver Fox

Vehicle: 22’ 1954 Airstream Safari Location: 25 year old Cider Apple Orchard 9 miles South of Durango Colorado Use: Recreational, Glamping, Farm Stay, Vintage Airstream Airstream Luxury. Originally used as a hunting and fishing lodge on a lake in Colorado, this one of a kind classic has been restored to its former glory. A complete and meticulous renovation with no detail overlooked resulting in a better-than-new condition. We have named it the Silver Fox.

Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.

Kallen Bear Tipi

Enjoy a little piece of heaven. Come and enjoy Kallen Bear. It is a 26’ tipi that will sleep 5. Inside you will find a queen bed, a full size mattress, and a futon for your sleeping needs. Outside you will have a beautiful outdoor shower with cold and hot water and a clean outhouse. You also have access to a picnic table and outdoor stovetop for your coffee. The lake is just a short drive where you can play in the water or rent a boat at the marina.

Enjoy outdoor adventure with home comforts! Our high-ceiling tent features A/C, heating, lockable doors, and a luxurious king bed for two. Refresh in your private bathroom with shower. The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig (coffee/tea provided), and flatware. Step outside to your private patio, BBQ grill, fire pit with seating, and park right next to your tent. Everything you need for a memorable Bayfield stay!
