Had a great stay. Seamless process. Plenty of amenities and staples. Enjoyed the large windows, deck and hot tub. Came to visit the hot springs in town and enjoyed lots more.

We arrived at the house to find a beautiful suite waiting for us, and a stone charcuterie board of cheese and bread in the fridge, along with a bottle of the wine that they produce. It is a beautiful setting, off the beaten path and surrounded by the winery.

As much as I’d love to gatekeep this home for myself, everyone should know how amazing this place is. We have been to Wallowa Lake quite a few times and this is our favorite pet friendly rental. Lia was a wonderful host and helped make our stay a memorable one. She was very responsive and had the best recommendations for activities, hikes and places to eat around town. The home was clean and spacious (there was more than enough room for my large family), the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to chef it up, the kids area was perfect for my 2 littles, there are 2 large decks that over look the lake and was great for watching the sunrise and hanging out, my kids loved the soaking tubs on the bottom deck and it has its own private dock that is accessible from the home. This lakefront home is truly a magical oasis. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and recharge, this is it!! We will continue to come out year after year.

Margenes house has everything you could possibly ask for! We had a very comfortable stay while in town for a family event. The house is thoughtfully stocked with so many things including snacks and coffee supplies. The kitchen is well stocked, the house is very spacious and clean, there is ample parking, and it is in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. We brought our dog and the fenced yard and all of the dog supplies were very much appreciated. A fabulous find all the way around! We definitely will stay again for future trips to Emmett. We were here for a small family wedding in La Grande and this was the perfect location. Very comfortable, and a nice driveway for 2 cars. We had a decent amount of snow and Alma was out clearing walkways and driveways first thing. Top notch communication and a great place, a short drive to everything. We will stay again!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view and spacious deck. Private dock made it perfect to enjoy early morning by the water.
