This family-owned villa offers comfortable accommodation for short and long stays. Set in a quiet, peaceful, and green area, it provides a relaxing environment. The safe and convenient neighborhood is close to public transport, markets, pharmacies, a medical center, bakeries, bars, and restaurants. The beach is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 20–25 minutes on foot. Renovated in 2026, our family lives on the upper floors and is available if needed.
