Downtown, Stadium, Arena etc. 10 min Lounge on the deck or sit pool side while watching the sunrise/ sunset. Bring your kayaks and paddle across the river to the zoo, or find sharks teeth on the river islands. Fish off the dock and catch some of Florida's best: Reds, Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Blue Crabs.

This is a self-contained one-bedroom apartment that is part of an upstairs downstairs duplex. This is Florida and we do have bugs. We have monthly service but occasionally one gets inside. That doesn’t mean the unit is dirty!

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom Craftsman styled bungalow in Historic Springfield. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The red sofa in the living room converts into a queen bed . There is a large dining room that seats 4 but can be extended to seat 6. A really huge backyard for pets, parking, bbq and any other activity that aligns with our house rules.
