Beaches 10-12min away, Mayo, Walmart, Target, Costco, Town Center mall , Sam’s club, all kinds of restaurants- all 5-15 min around our property. ‼️‼️ For about 1/4 mil the road is not paved, but driving small sedans 🚘 is ok. The 28’ Avion travel trailer has 6.5’ ceilings, a couch to queen bed with a comfy queen size bed, 2 twin beds for the kiddos or average size adults! The shower/tub has a 6 gal. electric water heater. Toilet flushes into black tank not compost. Kitchen is fully equipped. A quiet relaxing glamping retreat but also not far from Atlantic Beach Town Center with great restaurant and shops.

Mayport RV Camping

Get away from it all and unplug in an RV on private property, one mile from beach access at Hanna Park and Mayport Navy Base. Beds: 1 RV Queen, 1 fold down single bunk. This is camping. No wifi/TV/phone or laundry is provided on site. No smoking in RV. RV does not move. Water/electric are included, as well as 1 propane tank fill-up every 2 weeks (enough for average use). Additional propane provided at your expense. You must check-in before dark for orientation and safety review.

Nice little cozy camper with all the essentials. New super comfortable queen bed along with a nook that converts into a bed. Additionally, a 2 burner stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, and an onboard shower with on-demand temperature control. There is a dedicated outside 1/2 bathroom for your use as well along with outdoor fireplace, grill, dining, and lounge area.
