A self contained, compact studio apartment located within my home, with a private secure entrance. We are 3 miles from Morpeth town centre and easily reached from the main A1 and A696. It is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. The apartment has its own kitchen with facilities/utensils for self catering (hob & microwave oven). There is a sofa and dining area with digital smart tv. There is tea and coffee provided along with fresh milk, butter,breakfast cereals and sliced bread.

Countryside location, 100m from village main street with local pubs, shops and restaurants. 15-20 mins from Newcastle, Bus stop 50m away, Train station 10mins walk. Recently refurbished the Old Stables at The Brow is a spacious stone built 2 bedroom (1 twin, 1 kingsize) flat with sofa bed, travelcot & offstreet parking. Multipurpose set up for those travelling with kids, enjoying the countryside, walks, golf, cycling or visiting the city. We live next door so can help with most arrangements.

Horsley boasts a good pub and an Arts Centre/cafe and good local walks.

A one bed roomed but spacious bungalow, converted from a farm building. Set amongst beautiful Northumberland countryside. The coast is about 30 minutes away, plenty of National trust buildings and interesting gardens within an hour including Alnwick Castle & gardens (Harry Potter/Downton Abbey film location), Cragside, Wallington etc Well and comfortably furnished. Wifi. A good place for couples and solo adventurers. Matfen hall and Vallum 5 miles or so away if you are coming to a wedding

Airbnb property is the Annex to our main home. Private access up wide steps to the side of the property to the annex. A complete flat with one bedroom, lounge with eating area. Kitchen includes a comprising of full cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower room with a selection of toiletries. Great location being situated on the Hadrian’s wall for long walks and beautiful views. Very peaceful and is great for a relaxing get away.

You will have your own private outdoor area with seating, fire pit and BBQ. Private off road parking provided. Pets are welcome.

Elmhurst - stylish, stone built, renovated, self catering holiday cottage in the village of Ovingham on the north bank of the River Tyne. The cottage sleeps four people comfortably in two double bedrooms. The Old Stables

Automated accommodation brings you the Old Stables. This contemporary, converted stable is perfectly laid out with all the modern amenities that you would require. High Callerton is a charming stone built hamlet originally dating back to the mid- 18th Century. Callerton Hall remains as a private residence and The Old Stables adjoins Coach House which combined once, many years ago provided carriage storage and stabling for the Hall.

The Gosforth Retreat

This self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. Consisting a large double bedroom, a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.
