It is the perfect place to unplug and unwind while looking at wildlife in the backyard or sitting in a beautiful flower garden surrounded by hundreds of hiking trails. We are in a rural setting, but yet just a short drive to a variety of State Parks, fishing creeks, and the City of Williamsport - home of the Little League World Series!

This secluded property has 100 private acres with a 2 bedroom cabin and is adjacent to the Loyalsock State Forest. Conveniently located just 5 miles from Worlds End State Park and a short drive to Ricketts Glen State Park. The perfect getaway for someone who enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, biking and the outdoors. Also taking reservations for hunting season (deer, turkey & bear in WMU 3B)

"The Homely House" With Beautiful Mountain Views

Modern house on 22 acres in Sullivan County, featuring an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a 77" OLED TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and French-door refrigerator. There are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and another with a queen air mattress—plus a queen couch bed. This 100 year old home was lovingly refreshed and uniquely designed with you in mind. Located in the heart of downtown Hughesville, this 2nd floor apartment features exposed wooden beams, refurnished vintage furniture, and some slightly uneven floors. :) This small town feel which we truly love is conducive to relaxing and appreciating the nearby natural surroundings. The local area provides opportunity for hiking, cross country skiing, fishing, kayaking, etc. Free street parking!

Neptune’s Nest

Relax with the whole family and enjoy all the outdoor fun that Hillsgrove has to offer, or just enjoy time on the deck or by the fire. Plenty of room for two families, creek access and kayaks on site. The field is part of our property for family games and sports! Ice cream and mini golf across the road at Becky’s and High Knob is just around the corner! In the fall, you can enjoy seeing the beautiful autumn leaves turn and in September pick from our 4 apple trees.
