Stroll our cut flower gardens ( in season) and beautiful property grounds with unparalleled views. Our desire is for folks to unwind, rest, restore, and rediscover the beauty of nature.

Newly renovated home features all of the modern amenities families enjoy. A large island for entertaining, a dining table seating 8, large living room, a bright sunroom with plenty of seating, as well as a sun porch with a bistro table & chairs, outdoor seating, & 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs each has a queen size bed. The home is a minute's walk from our popular home decor boutique, Gray Apple Market. A 10 minute drive to downtown York & other popular destinations such as the York Fairgrounds.

If grp is larger, there are 4 queen hotel-quality sofabeds in the lg room, 1 rollaway and 1 mattress. Room on the floor for kids who bring their own sleeping bags. 2 bathrms/showers. Kitchen-340 sf attached to the suite seating 16+. You may also tent outside. 50 inch Smart TV. 2nd TV for DVD’s. Ping pong and fooseball inside. Strict $8/person/night over 5 people. A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.

It's well equipped for short as well as long stays.

The Oasis

The Oasis is a 186 acre property with 65 acres of woods and streams and 120 acres of crop land. The Barn sits at an elevated point overlooking a pond and picturesque valley with the opportunity to view stunning sunrises! Wildlife abounds on the property, with deer sightings common. The Oasis is very private, but minutes from Rt 30, Rt 15, Rt 76 and Rt 81.
