Surrounding this rustic cottage and adjacent main house are 2.5 acres of manicured gardens, orchards, vegetable garden, paddocks & dams.

Winnunga Beach House is perfectly located with easy access to all the beautiful beaches Pambula Beach has to offer. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas - perfect for larger families or two families. The front deck has amazing north facing views overlooking the main beach, a bbq, outdoor seating/ dining and tv for outdoor living at its best! The fully fenced rear yard includes a 4m swim spa with views of the beach. Winnunga Beach House is a pet friendly property.

Bula Beach Shack 2

Coastal calm, located in the heart of Merimbula. Walking distance to everything this little town has to offer, this newly renovated unit is only 5 min drive from the beach and airport, and a 3 min walk to the lake. There are 4 steps to navigate to get to the front door. The unit is single level. Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty.
