Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.

Secured access to an outside balcony area with garden seating. To the front of the cottage there is private parking for 2 cars.

Walters Retreat Shepherds Hut offers a quiet countryside stay on a working goat farm on the edge of the Polden Hills with great views of the Mendip Hills. It is close to many Somerset attractions including Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and the City of Wells. Its a great base for walking and cycling and is only 5 miles from the somerset coast.
