There is on street parking, a park 2 mins walk away, a bus to Nottingham and Loughborough, pubs & restaurants, and we’re close to East Mids Airport, Donington Park & Willow Marsh Farm. The property has a small kitchenette with a microwave, two ring induction hob, frying pan and saucepan. A fridge, sink, kettle and plates, bowls and cutlery.

This is a studio flat above our garage (we’re a busy, friendly family who love where we live!) with its own entrance overlooking a school woodland area.
