The property was beautiful and the setting is idyllic. We had everything we could need and it was lovely that Andrea and Sally allowed my 3 dogs as many others only allow 2. We will definitely be booking a return visit !

Very nice, clean and cosy place.. inside the cottage very clean and you will find all you need.. Lack of walkways around was the only concern and a bit to close to the main road. Other then that all perfect

We booked rather last minute and Maria was very responsive and flexible. The place was pristine and very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped and the furnishings throughout are great! We felt very much at home! Maria was warm and welcoming and gave us good ideas for where to eat. We truly loved our stay!

Beautiful location and my son loved feeding the ducks, hens and geese that came tapping on our front door! Beautiful views from the lounge and bedroom on the marshlands, right on our doorstep with the Humber Bridge in the distance. Amanda was very friendly and offered many suggestions of things to do….

The Tudor House was amazing The beds were so comfortable and we all slept like logs. Showers were really good and very clean. A lovely bottle of wine and box of choccies was a very nice surprise! There are some good walks from the house and surprisingly the area is very flat, so suits most abilities. It really was a very peaceful week away and we would go back in a heartbeat.

The Old Parlour was the best place we have ever stayed on air bnb, we had an amazing experience for my partners 30th. It is a real stand out location and is full of thoughtful touches from Ella and Sam. Extremely clean and fresh, garden was perfect for our toddler and dogs. Stunning walks and views straight from the front door and such a relaxing stay. Cannot wait to return!

Lovely place to stay, the house is big and well decorated with a large living room with a wood-burning stove. The garden is nice and peaceful with a few friendly peacocks dropping in from time to time to say hello. The house is very well located and at the same time in a quiet environment. We received lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I highly recommend it :)

Absolutely perfect stay! So peaceful, beautiful surroundings. 15 minute drive into Beverley town which was beautiful too. The pod was so clean and had everything you needed and more. An amazing stay will definitely be coming back! Loved every second didn't want to leave.

Great family stay in a peaceful setting. Not so far to York city centre (short driving distance) with walkable distance to closest village to get grocery and local pub . Great cottage , very comfortable bed and we really appreciate all the board games available for the family to play every evening. Amazing stay at the Patridge for our engagement! The welcome pack with all the Yorkshire goodies was a lovely gesture! The cottage was spotless with everything you could need for your stay. Great location we got the Park and Ride into York which was great saved us lots on parking! Hot tub was a lovely little extra! Highly recommend Becky was very helpful and was nice to know she was close by should we need anything. Thankyou we will definitelt be returning!

We stayed at spring Barn Farm for 3 nights over new year. The barn is fantastic with a lot of character. The Aga keeps the kitchen nice and warm. We used the log burner that is in the living-room which made it feel really homely. The location is in a small hamlet that is really peaceful. Bridlington is a 15 minute drive away. The hot tub was a massive hit with the kids as it was up to temperature when we arrived. We enjoyed the little touches of chocolates and biscuits. We would definitely be back. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Accommodation as described- very clean, great use of space, everything you needed. Location- quiet, lovely environment, easy access to York. Park n Ride a breeze. Communication- good but minimal as didn't need to ask any questions. Good instructions. Excellent break away. Would highly recommend this. Many thanks Sam.

Peaceful quiet and very homely. Made to feel very welcome. Lovely little village for exploring nearby towns. Nice walks and only great location. Would recommend. A lovely stay.

Had such an amazing few days at the lodge and we just wish we'd have booked longer! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. It was spotlessly clean, the shower was great, usb ports in the bedroom lamps, the reclining couch and tower fan in the living room, it has everything you could need. There is even a mini shop on site if you forget any bits or want to buy an ice cream or jam/chutney (take some coins for this). And you can't beat the view and sounds of the sheep and lambs. We went with our Labrador and he had the best time! The local walks were great and Wendy was really helpful explaining them, although all the information was also in the handy welcome booklet. If you're taking your dog and they don't have good recall, I would recommend taking a long line lead. The grounds are all safe and secure but the lodge area is not entirely fenced off, but that wasn't a problem at all for us! There is a handy latch on the gate of the lodge too. We have had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house (family of 7 with a 1 year old). Liz was an excellent host, so responsive and friendly. The house was spotless and had everything we could need. Beautiful rooms & bathrooms and a lovely garden with a hot tub, which was perfect for star gazing. Beverley is only a 10 minute drive away with lots of shops, pubs & restaurants. Semi-rural. No pub or shops near the village where the accommodation is - but within 10 minutes drive of Selby and York Outlet . Long country road to the house but adds to the journey - lovely drive through some woods and fields. Quiet. Judy is very helpful, funny and a warm friendly person. If you need advice on local area she is very approachable.

We had a fab weekend here! Simon went above and beyond to help us and was so kind and welcoming! Loads of space for 12 of us and enough room for groups to separate if people wanted to do different things. Lovely and clean too!

We had a lovely stay , really comfy beds and settees . Lovely welcome with biscuits , coffee , tea and milk . Right opposite the village duck pond which my son loved and the pub 2 mins walk specialises in steak , they were some of the best we have tasted .
