Lovely cute little barn! Had everything we needed. The village is lovely - quiet and quaint. We went for the birds at Alkborough flats and they didn’t disappoint! Our dogs enjoyed it and were very settled. Only negative would be that we found the bed very uncomfortable but appreciate that’s personal preference. Great value for money!

This place was fantastic and can't be faulted. It is homely and clean with thoughtful decor and furnishings. It is well equipped with everything you need and some welcome goodies when we arrived plus great consideration to dogs. The location is ideal with off street parking and an easy walk into the centre of York. Lots to do and see but we only had 2 nights on our way to Northumberland so will hopefully be back and will certainly stay in this lovely house when we do. We're just back from a few days staying in Matthew's place in Hull: it's a wonderful house in an amazing location down by the river and in among the cafes, galleries, restaurants, and shops of Humber Street. There's so much to see and do around there, and the house itself was perfect: quiet, comfortable, and with everything we needed for our stay. Matthew was really welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back next time we're in the area.

Very charming cute place just outside of the old town. Great if you arrive with the car, as it is only a short walk to be in the old town. Grocery shops just around the corner as well. We had a great stay, everything was clean and well equipped. Definitely would recommend it.

Very comfortable, spacious cottage with everything and more you need for a stay away from home - even our dog was catered for! Great to be able to walk to the RSPB centre and see puffins! Beds very comfortable with good quality linen. Lovely enclosed garden Would highly recommend. The only slight disappointment for us, which is no reflection on the property, is the local pub doesn’t accept dogs - shame.

Had a lovely few days at Little Hally. Easy 15 minute walk into York centre. House was lovely and clean, and the parking was a bonus. Good communication after a little hiccup at the start about a parking permit. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Rachel was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent. The house wasn't lovely and a prefect place for us as a family to stay at and explore York. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

Enjoyed a long weekend at Hedgehog Cottage and felt truly welcome. Everything clean and as listed! The most accommodating hosts, we ordered dinner from their pub which they delivered to the house (and it tasted amazing!!) Safety wise, everything was up to date and all alarms present and working, which is always reassuring. Kitchen and bathroom spotless and very well kitted it. A fantastic stay! Our only caution, the water can get extremely hot!!

CJs caravan was a great find. Great location and easy to find. Situated on a great camp site with amenities for everyone. In close distance to everywhere we needed. Caravan was full of everything you would need. Jo even provided us with a travel cot - meaning one less thing to pack. Great check in and out times , very accommodating. We will be back next time we visit family x

It was " home from home", even buckets and spades provided. Exceptionally clean and lovely space. Communication with Kate was excellent. We will definitely go again as its very conveniently located for Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington. Thank you so much Kate.

We had a lovely stay at Vanessa's caravan. Lovely welcome note and basket of treats to welcome us - the kids were so excited! The bedding was warm and beds were comfortable. Vanessa was really helpful and responsive to messages. She even kindly posted something we had left behind back to our home city. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

Had a really lovely eater wknd. The lodge was spacious light and airy, the decor was really nice, and very clean. We had a very comfortable peaceful stay. The lodge was only a short walk to the main complex, & was really easy to access all the entertainment without having to book 1st which we found alot easier with the kids

I lovely holiday home in a quiet corner location of the park. You are not looked over by anyone. Had everything we needed for our stay, including being dog friendly. This included TV apps that we were not expecting. Laura has excellent in communication. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay, the caravan itself was in lovely condition, warm, welcoming, and in a great location. About a 30 minute drive to the city centre, which suited us perfectly. We would love to come back again sometime to explore further. Hot tub was a lovely addition too, especially as we had clear start skies! Only think I would say if I had to write any info for a potential visitor would be to take some oven trays/pans. There is one oven tray there, but if you need more than one, bare that in mind. But that is literally the one “negative” I could come up with. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend the accommodation, and such a bargain too! Thank you 🙂

Great stay once again! Lovely hosts, very easy check in, this place is perfect for our family… spacious, clean and lovely little garden area! Pool table is a brilliant treat!!

We cannot thank Simon and Lynne enough for the incredible stay that we had with them at their magical cottage. Every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. From the amazing communication, warm welcome, and truly breathtaking accommodation, we immediately felt at home and in relaxation mode. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully curated. The hot tub was immaculately cared for and offered welcome relaxation. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. We simply couldn’t fault it. Thank you so very much for making our stay such a memorable one.

This is the second time I have stayed with Charlotte. She is always helpful, friendly and quick to answer any questions. The accommodation is as decried. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the beach front and there are plenty of places to eat near by. I would recommend Charlotte’s place to anyone visiting Bridlington and definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and the setting is idyllic. We had everything we could need and it was lovely that Andrea and Sally allowed my 3 dogs as many others only allow 2. We will definitely be booking a return visit !

Frank was very welcoming and friendly, providing us a private place to stay whilst we visited family. His place is immaculately clean with plenty of ammenities and is located within walking distance to cafes/restaurants/takeaways. Frank was so accommodating and kind to us, we cannot fault anything about our stay. Thank you, Frank!

We had a lovely break at the Piggery which was exactly as described. The cottage was clean, comfy, peaceful and very well equipped so provided everything we needed for a relaxing few days. There were plenty of nice walks around the local countryside and the secure outside space was ideal for our dog, so highly recommended.

It was a lovely welcoming home. Spotlessly clean. Lindsey let us know how to access the property prior to arrival. She was flexible with check out time for medical needs. We had everything we needed. The garden was perfect and secure for our 3 year old son and our little dog. It’s a great location for fraisthorpe beach, Bridlington and Filey. We’ve had a lovely family weekend and will definitely stay there again. Thank you Lindsey 😊
