It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). The property has parking, doors to the courtyard, patio with views looking onto a beautiful fairway, and a path to the gardens, fire pit, ruins and historic canal.

In spring and summer the garden is filled with herbs and flowers. You'll usually find a few books in the hall and you're welcome to take any you like the look of. Located on the doorstep of the University and all the vibrance and facilities that it has to offer while being in a beautiful private setting. Perfect for lovely country walks, the village has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops etc. Bridge of Allan is a stunning Victorian Spa town and easy to tour Scotland from.

Fabulous Georgian family Townhouse

This fine Georgian upper townhouse makes a perfect base for exploring Edinburgh. It has every comfort to be your home-from-home. Please note: this is a traditional Edinburgh Georgian “double upper” and there are 5 short flights of stairs (48 steps) to the front door. Sadly, it is not wheelchair accessible. We have a 5 night minimum stay policy during Christmas, New Year & during the festival in August.
