'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

The Cider Barn, a piece of our 17th Century Devon farm. This beautiful space provides spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people. Its a fantastic place to relax, and visit local attractions like Dartmoor. Unwind in a private wood fired hot tub gazing out onto the idyllic countryside. Home grown eggs, chicken and beef for sale. We have a pizza oven to rent and a charcoal bbq. Dogs very welcome, however they must be kept off soft furnishings at all times.
