It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. The street is very close to the famous Dohany synagogue and Vaci shopping street. Getting around couldn't be easier from this flat. You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.
