North Byron 'Absolute' Beachfront Boathouse

Couples Retreat You simply can not stay closer to the beach! Modern and fully self contained, this unique converted space was once a shelter for boats. Now the closest accommodation to the beach avail. The constant sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep and wake you for that early swim or beach walk. Direct access to the beach via the private path is only 20 steps from your front door to the clean white sand. Our beach is pristine, uncrowded and offers some fantastic surfing opportunities.

'Blackwood' Tiny Home in Byron Hinterland

Blackwood is a luxurious and spacious two-bedroom black charred timber tiny home situated on over 50acres of farmland with horses and grazing cattle, nestled in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Set in an idyllic location with Bangalow only a five minute drive and the picturesque beaches of Byron Bay, Lennox Head and Ballina only ten minutes away. A short stroll will take you to the historic Newrybar village with shops to browse, enjoy a coffee or dine at the renowned Harvest Restaurant and Deli.

Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace in those colder months. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
