You'll have a full kitchen with dishwasher, queen bed, laundry access on the same level, stores within walking distance, walking distance to the river trail and other biking/running trails. Plenty of off street parking for two vehicles. Super convenient location to grocery stores, eateries, hospital, and a pleasant trail along the Eau Claire River. Complimentary coffee!

This inviting upper unit of a duplex is perfect for traveling professionals seeking a comfortable, conveniently located and reasonable priced monthly rental without the hassle of a long-term lease. This is an older home, built in the 1880s! It is not remodeled, so the fixtures and finishes are old. We have decorated it, but please be aware that this is not a luxury apartment.
