Address is 101 Sweeney Road Potsdam, NY 13676 Keep it simple at this newly listed peaceful home just built this past year with a lot of Adirondack charm. Big enough to accommodate the whole family, this is sure to be your new favorite place to stay when coming to the area. This home is just a short distance to the local universities Clarkson (4.2 miles), SUNY Potsdam (6.5 miles), SUNY Canton (12 miles), and St. Lawrence University (10 miles) as well as Rochester Regional Health (CPH) 5.7 miles.

Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

The Loft1 w/Porch-Near Clarkson, SLU - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard that you can use. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. You will find yourself surrounded by maple, spruce, and tamarack trees, and Clarkson University is close enough to see.

Solomon House

Welcome to the Solomon House, built in 1901, located in the heart of Saint Lawrence County, New York. This two-story three bedroom home can sleep 8. A full bath on the first floor has a deep soaking tub with shower. The half bath is located on the second floor with the bedrooms. There is a full dining room that can seat eight at the table along with an eat in, fully equipped kitchen. A designated workspace with Wi-Fi along with a very comfortable living room will complete your stay.

Basement Apartment near SLU, SUNYs, and Clarkson

A basement apartment within my ADK home, complete with a kitchenette, two twin beds, a fold out couch, Peloton exercise equipment, full bath (shower), eating/working space, and TV. Perfect space for people coming to work in the Canton-Potsdam area. Well-trained pets are permitted for a fee of $100 per pet (please include in reservation). Lastly, all guests in this apartment can enjoy the spacious outside areas (fire pit, outdoor eating areas, porch, grill, trails).

This studio is a great spot to hang your hat if you plan on spending most of your time out and about enjoying the area with friends and family. Please be aware that the studio is a unit in an apartment house that is fully occupied. You may see or hear other tenants while staying here.
