This unique lakehouse is one your family will talk about for years. It’s the perfect spot for families traveling together. The main level consists of 2BD each w/ their own bathroom, kitchen, dining & family room. The lower level has 2BD w/ their own bathrooms, kitchen, dining & family room. Both levels walkout out to the massive custom dock and lake! That’s where the fun is…slide, jump platform, boat bar, diving board, beach, kayaks, & green lights all in your private slough w/ year round water.

*Hot Tub* Cottage at Lake Martin (Dogs Welcome)

Cottage with small private beach for Kowaliga residents only a few blocks away (see photos). Main bedroom has queen bed & bunk room sleeps 4. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Public boat docks & ramps on the lake (kayak & boat rentals available there). Minutes from famous Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for $75 pet fee per stay! I can’t accommodate cats due to allergy. Minimum $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Cozy new home has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Main bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom & tile shower. 2nd bedroom has a triple bunk & twin over full bunk beds that can sleep 2 adults OR up to 4 children. Full kitchen plus washer & dryer! The family room opens into the kitchen and has a double sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. It’s close to the community area with boat slips and swim area. The porch has a table & chairs for eating, TV and great view of lake. Auburn is just 45 minutes away.

Your family vacation search ends here at this cozy cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the things you need for a home away from home comfort. The water is just a few steps from the screened porch. You also have use of the PWC ports and the dock for your boat, fishing, and swimming. Fire pit perfect for s’mores all year! Hungry? Start the gas grill! Meals at the farmhouse table on the screened porch, with an amazing lake view. Swim area for all ages. Make use of the 2 kayaks available.

Little Lake Getaway *pet friendly*

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. Water access only. We are not on waterfront or have a view of it directly.

Located on the Montgomery side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

This is an ideal place to bring your family or group of friends (up to 8) - swim at the pool or the lake, and you can rent the onsite boat if you'd like. This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house can easily accommodate 2 families and their kids. The master suite is on the main level and offers the comfort of a king bed. The kitchen is well appointed if you choose to stay in or there are several restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive.
