Ecopark Township, Xuân Quan : locations de vacances avec cheminée

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Located right in the center of the Old Town at a convenient location. It can be little noisy at night due to the bars right outside the door but the noise stops right before 12am so we had no issue with sleeping. Hosts were very easy to communicate :)

This stay was perfect for our group of six - it’s in an excellent location (private away from the main street). The entrance is down an alley that is well lit and there was clear instructions on how to check in. It is set across four levels so you have to be good with stairs (the first room is on the entrance level). All the rooms are furnished beautifully and the top level also has a balcony that has washing facilities. Overall a really great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Veldig fin leilighet som ligger perfekt til i hanoi. Kort unna train street! Leiligheten var stor og veldig ren, akkurat slik som på bildene. Virkelig verdt å besøke i hanoi!😊 Trang var veldig hyggelig og vennlig. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

I booked this Le’s home for my holiday in Hanoi. The place was excellent. Extremely spacious and comfortable. Loved the view of the Tay Ho lake from the 9th floor. It was an area which had access to the local restaurants and cafés which was great. The cocktail bar opposite to the place is amazing. Me and my friends family were very happy with Le’s home. Le was quick in responding to any questions or help required. Wish we had more days to stay at her place. I recommend this for anyone travelling and looking for a place to stay trip to Hanoi.

Nam’s place was great and he had all the amenities like hotel pickup. Best part was the lobby where he had the facility to keep luggage and get ready as our flight arrived early. The famous places are at walkable distance. Nam assisted promptly in case of any query.

Highly recommended Airbnb! 1. The location is easy to find—right by the main road—and the building has an elevator, which makes handling luggage much easier. 2. The host is incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. 3. The room is spacious, spotless, and offers a beautiful view.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was cozy, comfortable bed, and a great a/c or heater. The balcony was also lovely. We would definitely book again!

We loved our stay at Thuy Hoa’s house. It’s close to the lake and coffee shops, but away from the bustle of the Old Quarter. We arrived on the weekend and the street was pedestrian only. Even with weekday traffic, it’s really quiet inside so we slept well. It’s on Book Street, which adds a lovely character to the place. Once you head down the small alley and climb the stairs you notice there is a whole community back there, including the oldest bookshop in Hanoi I believe. There’s a washing machine and outdoor hanging space, and a large TV to watch Netflix or YouTube from a comfy lounge. It was perfect for us, 2 couples. I would certainly recommend Thuy Hoa’s place if you are in Hanoi.

Great spot near Bach Mai hospital. Clean, spacious room and a nice kitchen area to use as well. The family were very accommodating!

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
