We absolutely loved staying here. The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter and walking distance to many great restaurants. The house was clean and everything we needed.

The house was located a bit away from the lake, but it was clean and well-maintained. Each floor had rooms, which made it convenient for a group stay. One of the extra blankets could use a wash, but overall the bedding was comfortable. The outside was quite noisy throughout the night, though it didn’t bother us much during sleep. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Quelle super expérience de dormir dans une maison en plein Hanoi! On y accède par une petite ruelle étroite. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. La cuisine est à l’extérieur c’est sympa. Seul bémol, Les salles de bain sont sommaires et l’eau chaude au deuxième est un peu capricieuse.

Tung’s place is a very convenient place to be when in Hanoi as it is just in the Old Quarter, very near to a lot of places especially the night market, lake, and restos. Tung as a host is the best! He responds to queries and requests ASAP, even late at night. Overall, this place is highly recommended when you want to stay in old quarter.

The place is far from the center please be aware about that, it’s around 30-40 minutes away and you can either book a taxi or grab or if you have your own motorbike much better. This place is good for working people or remotely working individuals, the place is very peaceful, solemn and private. Although there isn’t much to do so if you’re a person that likes to have action or activity this place isn’t for you. This is good for people who want to stay away from the bustle or noise of the city life! The place is very spacious, I had a very nice balcony view and it’s clean! There is no kitchen so I suggest you need to buy your own water, food, also your toiletries downstairs. The thing I like the most is the washing machine! It’s the most convenient thing in the unit! The security is also tight so you’ll feel safe and you’ll have your own key card. There are food stores always downstairs if you need to buy food or just stuff for your place! I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Lage, die etwas ruhiger ist als in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr zentral! Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich war alles perfekt, da ich es sowohl zentral hatte, als auch mal etwas ruhiger und in einem Gebiet mit mehr Einheimischen. Super und jederzeit wieder!

Все було чудово, дуже гарний район, тихий, поруч кавʼярні і ресторани, мені дуже сподобалось. Є можливість випрати свої речі. Точно рекомендую ці апартаменти.

Wonderful apartments. Comfort and coziness at the highest level. This is a much better option than hotels.

Great views! Walkable to cafes, Old Quarter and more. Charming older condo. Super hot water for shower! One item to pay attention when using the washing machine. It is physically outside the condo. Even with the key you CANNOT let yourself back inside! The door must be propped open or you will be locked outside the condo. Ask me how I know (smiley). Thankfully Van sent someone within 15 minutes to let me back inside the condo. This should be addressed so others are not inconvenienced.

very good homestay. It's large, beautifull and clean. locate at a road near the center of Hanoi but the place is really quiet and peacefull. It's easy to find something to eat around here. The host is also friendly and helpfully. She helps us get a cab at early morning.
