The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Ich habe mehrere Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist großartig. In der Wohnung ist alles funktional. Die Nachbarn sind allerdings sehr laut, besonders am frühen morgen. Ich hab mich hier aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!

Le hat schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnkomplex der von vielen Ausländer bewohnt ist, die in Hanoi arbeiten. Man kann sich schnell Vernetzen. In der Umgebung sind super Restaurants

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

David provided very clear instructions to check in. He was also helpful with all our queries and assisted us in booking a car to send us to the airport. Place was cosy and had all the necessary. View was amazing day and night with lots of cafes nearby.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement ! L’hôte a été très arrangeant et nous a permis de prendre le logement un peu plus tôt après 15h de voyage avec deux enfants. Donc un grand merci ! Par ailleurs Hanoi est une ville exceptionnelle

We have been travelling the world while working for 9 months now changing city every month and Mrs Thao's apartment is hands down the best place we've stayed. The place feels like a home, great balconies, comfy bed, good shower, excellent workspace and the WiFi is literally the best and fastest I've had my entire life. I hope we get to stay here again this place is amazing, it's also in the french quarter so less busy and less noisy at night. 10/10 Mrs Thao is also the most lovely host we've ever had.

My husband and I stayed for 2.5 weeks in this apartment. It was a great base for exploring Hanoi and the area. The apartment feels spacious and the kitchen was good for light cooking. The wifi was generally fast and reliable. Though there was construction nearby, which we were informed of on the day we arrived, it wasn't too disruptive most days. The location is walkable to Hoan Kiem Lake in one direction and Thong Nhat Park in the other, which was a great place for my husband to run. The host was always responsive to messages, but we had a couple of small miscommunications about a plumbing issue when we arrived and with scheduling housekeeping. Both worked out eventually.

10 days here and everything was good, this place close to mini market, cafes, and restaurants. Located in West Lake and it was so beautiful in the morning and night. We came here when the temperature was low and it was cold outside but inside the place so warm and they provided heater as well. They have washing machine and dryer in the building that can be used. You can also try Chillhood Cafe nearby, egg coffee so good! ☺️🫶

Very nice room with big TV and sofa, love the style, have everything I need. Quite neighborhood, good atmosphere, vincom mall's 10 mins walk. They have pho at 1st floor but I haven't tried. Worth the money.

What an immaculate, contemporary comfortable apartment and building in a traditional neighborhood. From the moment I booked untill the moment I left I was treated with great care, respect and quick action. The building staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The kitchen has what is needed to prepare simple meals/reheat takeaway. The bed is very comfortable as was the furniture (no Ikea here!). All of my communications with the Flesta team were quick and detailed. The location is within walkind distance to so many varied neighborhoods including Old Town. There are several routes to walk all offering different foodie and shopping experiences. If walking isn't your thing, then Grab to the rescue and within minutes you are there. I highly recommend booking here for an exceptional experience. Thank you everyone for making my month-long stay so relaxed and comfortable.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'appartement etait spacieux, cozy, propre et bien équipé. TV avec Netflix, Youtube etc. Hôte réactif, bonne communication, check in autonome sans difficulté. Emplacement parfait, à 2 minutes du petit lac et 10 minutes des rues les plus animés du vieux quartier. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Yet another lovely stay at Thanh s apartment. It fulfils everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. Look no further you wont be disappointed

La stanza era molto bella e pulita, aveva tutto il necessario e il Wi-Fi era ottimo. Zona piena di ristoranti e comoda da spostarsi a piedi.

This place was stunning!!! This looks exactly like the pictures, the view is incredible from the balcony and the lights dotted around the room make it look wonderful. Betty was also a great host, very clear on how to check in, responded quickly whenever I had a question. I also mentioned me and my partner were there to celebrate our engagement and Betty treated us with access to the buildings Japanese Onsen which I definitely recommend going to for and hour or two at least. The only issue I thought we were going to have would be the distance from Hanoi as it sometimes took 40 minutes to drive in but the place and how easily accessible it is to get a grab it was totally worth it! Thank you Betty!!!

Overall I had a great stay here. The area is peaceful, the room is super cozy and well equipped. Such a good place and comfortable for 4 people like us, a balcony to relax, the mattress is also very soft. I will definitely come back here, highly recommended
