Do you know the difference between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City? Hanoi is generally a clean city, although some of the roads are dirty. The centre of Hanoi is completely different from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City is a degraded version of Bangkok. Now, this room is new and it is wonderful not to hear the footsteps of the people upstairs, which is what made me realise how wonderful Hanoi is after experiencing Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi is quiet and reasonably priced rooms. Ho Chi Minh City is expensive and the sound of people walking upstairs echoes in the room below. This room has a separate living room and bedroom. Very comfortable to live in. I hope more people will use it. The only drawback is that, in Japanese terms, the rooms on the third floor can hear the motor noise of the shutters opening and closing at night, This noise did not disturb my sleep. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this place. A nice stroll to the old quarter and a lot quieter for restful nights. Host was super responsive and helpful with everything from arranging airport transfer to tips and recommendations. Accommodation was clean and modern with everything you’d need. Only thing was Grab cars don’t tend to drive down the alley way so have to walk a 2mins out to the main road which wasn’t an issue at all! We hope to be back soon!

We had a great time staying at Dung's apartment in Hanoi, the location was perfect for us as it was just outside the Old Quarter which made it convenient but also far enough that it's quiet. Lots of local food options and cafes along the street. Dung was very nice and understanding with fast communication. Would be happy to stay again the next time we are in Hanoi!

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Lan is friendly and helpful host. I would highly recommend this place. The building name is Masteri Waterfront Building M2 for easy access on grab.

Lovely apartment in a calm and peaceful area

I stayed in these apartments for a week and had a great experience. The complex is well-maintained, quiet, and clean. A concierge was always present at the entrance, politely opening doors, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful and well-kept. The apartment itself is cozy, bright, and well-equipped. Everything felt new, and there was a pleasant scent throughout, including the bed linen and towels. The elegant dishware was a lovely surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable—I didn’t want to get out of it! A big plus was the heater, which made the space warm and cozy on colder days. The apartment had thoughtful amenities: liquid soap in the kitchen, bathroom essentials, shower gel, shampoo, and even hotel-style extras like a comb, razor, and toothbrush. A full pack of tissues was also provided—very convenient! Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!

Annie's place was great. Annie herself is very proactive and helpful. She will help you like a local making it easy to navigate through the city and meeting needs. She booked our cab from the airport for pick-up at night, helped with setting the sim card up. She also helped us with booking a shared taxi to Ninh Binh when we were checking out from Hanoi. we forgot one if our suitcase during that and she proactively sent our luggage by the next cab very safely. The place is also located at the heart of Hanoi, waling distance to the lake. It is a bit inside the road, the building cannot be seen from outside the road so a little help is required there but Annie is always available and communicates effectively and efficiently making everything smooth. Thank you for hosting us❤️

Tolle Unterkunft, Fußläufig zur Altstadt. Khanh ist sehr nett und hat uns immer schnell geholfen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Anna was the best on top of already a great stay that was very relaxing and convenient, she helped facilitate the retrieval of two items we left behind. She was absolutely lovely and an amazing host

Our family had a fantastic stay at Vu's property. Location wise it is in a terrific spot, literally metres from the Operah House and close to some excellent attractions and amenities. The property is rather unique spread across 4 levels offering excellent privacy for multiple guests. Vu is an excellent host and was reliable before, during and after our stay.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. Just wanted to say how awesome the place was. All places nearby are tourist spots and always enroute from one place to another.

Good, convenient location in the old quarter with a minimart nearby. Clean rooms and good amenities, especially the water dispenser. The host, Tung, is responsive and friendly. However, do note the two rooms on top of the house are not separated by doors if you planning to come as a group of couples who want some privacy. Other than that, great and affordable place 👍🏼

Die Wohnung war wie in der Beschreibung, wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung als auch Loan und Phuong als Gastgeber sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

Place was exactly as described. Huyen was a great host, very responsive, and helpful. Allowed me to check in a little early than the original check in time. She let me leave my luggage at her personal unit in T2 so I can walk around the mall without any hassle. She had my luggage sent to the unit and it was there when I checked in. The unit was new, spacious, clean, and the interior design was luxurious. Smells good, too! Provision of laundry pole in the balcony, spoon, and hand soap for the bathroom sink or kitchen sink would be appreciated. I saw a couple baby roaches around but maybe bec other units in the building can be kind of old. All appliances were working well. Basic amenities were included. I already booked her place again for my trip next month. Overall, I had a lovely stay! Highly recommended!
