It really felt like home from home, with all facilities you could want. Lovely quiet cul de sac and a great location for walking into the city, exercising the dogs and plenty of interesting running routes.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

Il y a un bus à proximité de la maison pour visiter Edimbourg. La maison est super et il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Très propre et sympa ! Merci Jamie

Really lovely apartment in walking distance to the city Centrum and to the castle, but still far away enough to not be bothered by noise. Really lovely neighbourhood with a great pub just around the corner. We would most definitely recommend this place if you're going to stay in Edinburgh 😍

Kate was extremely kind and accommodating! She went out of her way to make our stay great. The airbnb was fantastic. Clean, comfy and cozy with everything we needed for a month-long stay. We had four guests: two downstairs on sofa bed, and one person in each upstairs bedroom. The town is beautiful and peaceful. Walkable with any store you may need right nearby. Definitely recommend.

Kevin was very kind host. We didn’t know how to lock the door properly and he just came right away showing us the right way. A nice table is in the dining room. A lovely couch there to rest on. Very nice kitchen and some coffee provided too. Some buses just outside of the house to go into Edinburgh town when we didn’t want to drive and parked our car just on the road outside of the house. So it is really convenient! Strongly recommend this lovely place to anyone to Edinburgh! Thank you Kevin!

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

We had an enjoyable weekend break in the Lookout at Pitmilly. Excellent standard of accommodation and facilities and a wonderful setting, convenient for exploring the Fife coast. Would highly recommend.

It was an wonderful experience to stay at this place, Dianne is very friendly

all was great - the apartment had a nice views and very sunny and light. the internet was reliable and fast for Netflix, the appliances were new including fridge freezer & washing machine, Also the heating system was new and reliable. all worked with no problem & you could easily park the car on the private spaces for the apartments. enjoyed beautiful walks along the huge beach, in beverage park and even to the near train station so could visit Edinburgh. all was amazing value and will book this apartment on next visit. most of all the hosts were very flexible and caring on checking in and out times to accommodate flight times. The location is amazing — perfect for exploring the city. The place was very clean, exactly as described, and the host communicated well. We did have one hiccup: there were only two towels provided, even though there were three of us, so we had to share, which wasn’t ideal. Also, like other reviews mentioned, the bed is very noisy. I figured it couldn’t be that bad since I don’t move much when I sleep, but even the slightest movement made noise. Other than that, we had a good stay and really enjoyed the home and the area. I would give it 4.5 stars because 5 means perfect, and the bed and towel issues weren't so great.

The location was absolutely perfect! Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. Beds were very very comfortable!
