Huset stod klart i januari 2024 och ligger på en lugn återvändsgata 100m från ett fantastiskt naturreservat med oändliga alternativ för promenad, vandring och bad. På 10-15 min med bil når man både havet med fina badplatser eller två av Skandinaviens största köpcentrum (Täby Centrum och Mall of Scandinavia. Huset har vattenburen golvvärme, en permanent arbetsplats, bra Wi-Fi och parkering med laddning.

Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime.
