This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We could not have asked for more. Nancy was always checking in to see that we were not needing anything. She was wonderful and her home is extremely nice and homey. I must say the first time the auto shades went up and down on their own scared me to death. I could not figure out on how to get the shades up until I saw the remote control. I highly recommend this b&b you will love the place. So easy to find also and Nancy recommended different places to eat. There is a gas station and great place to eat right at the next street.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay, It is in the country and the area is beautiful. It is a few miles from a Walmart which is convenient for getting anything you need. Peter and his wife were so kind and thoughtful. The internet was excellent as well. Great place to stay.

As always, house was clean, comfy and cozy. We have stayed here 2 times and 1 of their other listings also, and have not been disappointed. Always clean, clear instructions on how to clean before leaving and how to use specific items. Breakfast items are always available plus some teas and coffees, spices. We love it.

This was a very nice place to stay. Beautiful setting, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are eager to come back when we can build a fire in the lovely outdoor area!

Marla is a great host. We have stayed with her multiple times and each stay is wonderful. Clean home, very responsive host, and close to downtown Centralia. We definitely recommend this property and host.

Great space, easy check in/entry. One thing I didn’t realize is that it wasn’t a tv at the property but I just over looked that details. Also there were a bunch of lady bugs in the house.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well-maintained. The decor is very tasteful, and we really appreciated the Christmas decorations! We would definitely stay there again if we need an Airbnb in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay here! I would not hesitate to book this house again. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The large yet cozy backyard was a dream. Kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and dishes. Bedrooms were clean and relaxing.

We stayed for an extended period of time and the host was extremely accommodating! Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful getaway. Although it rained most of our trip we enjoyed staying inside and driving around to find nearby covered bridges. The home was clean and we felt right at home. Thanks for having us! We hope to come back in the summer months to enjoy the pool & stargazing.

Renee was a great host with quick response time and provided added resources for what shelbyville had to offer. The house exceeded our expectations and we appreciated all the amenities that the house had to offer- will be recommending to other organizations to use for retreats!

Look - you're going to look at the pictures and description of this place and think "this is too good to be true." I get it - we certainly did. But if you're worried about misleading information, the only fear you will realize is Tom and Beverly are *underselling* this amazing AirBnB. Everything is as good or better than described. The pool - OMG the Endless Pool is amazing! But even if you're not a pool person, Tom and Beverly have put in a lot of thought to making your stay amazing. Indoors you have air hockey, axe throwing, darts, and board games in an absolutely spacious game / enternainment area with vaulted ceilings, comfy couches and chairs, a desk, and incredibly large TV plus super-fast WiFi (500Mb). And that's just 1/3 of the indoor space! I'll run out of characters before I'm done, so here's what else - outdoor space is just as amazing - two private lakes, playground equipment if you've got kiddos, just gorgeous walking, etc. This is definitely one of the best - book it!

We had a great time on our girl's trip. I was on a knee scooter due to surgery and was pleasantly surprised to see a true walk-in shower in the master bedroom. That was tremendously helpful for me. The house was great - we especially loved the sunroom.

Our family of 16 stayed and had a terrific time, so much for the kids to do. Among the pool and hot tub the indoor swings and bunks with slide were a bonus that the kids could not get enough of. Abundance of sleeping room and plenty of bathrooms with ample amount of space. The upgrades in the movie room with bedroom/bath were gorgeous. Our family movie night felt like being right at the show but the children and adults could cuddle up. Everyone listened to their favorite genre of music on the rockn surround sound system. We had fun playing kick ball and an Easter egg hunt in the enormous front lawn. Can not say enough about the space at this place. We were able to prepare our own buffet style meals in the large kitchen/dining area and the french vanilla Cappuccino machine they provided was a hit. Sean was a super friendly host!! Memories made and so so much more fun than staying at a hotel in separate hotel rooms.

Stayed here while attending a competition coon hunt in Salem. Peaceful place with friendly neighbors. Pet friendly with tie out cable,sleeping crate and plenty of outdoor area. Tony is very friendly and easy to contact if you need him. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay!

We had an amazing time at this place!! It’s better than the pictures! Very private and so peaceful. The place was super clean! We enjoyed so much to relax surrounding by the nature. The row boat was cool and there is also a creek down the heal and lots of trails all around. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the grill. And our dog enjoyed so much running around freely (with our supervision at all times). The water does have a bit of a fishy taste (common in cabins,etc.) so you might want to bring water bottles with you. There are a few small towns 10-20 minutes away for shopping, attractions etc. There is also a nice big lake for swimming/fishing, and a great affordable place to rent boats- 20 minutes away. We usually don’t go to an air bnb twice, but we might be back for this one!

What an amazing place! April’s property is beautiful, right at the edge of a lake. The location is secluded and serene—perfect if you are looking for a break from it all. The home had everything we wanted, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We are so glad to have found this gem, and hope to stay again!

This place is amazing! Lots of room to spread out, games to play for kids and an amazing water front and back yard. Will definitely recommend to family and friends in the area.

What a wonderful time at the Nest. We were there for a family funeral, and the Nest made a perfect place for the out of town relatives to gather and spend time together. It was a lovely October weekend, with wonderful weather that allowed us to enjoy the outdoors [kids loved the beach!]. We were able to enjoy family meals and enough space in the thoughtfully designed home to spread out. Thank you. We will be back I am sure, as we are always trying to gather the family in that area. My sincere thanks for taking in our family during this difficult time.
