Outside you'll find a beautiful patio overlooking our pond and a propane grill for your use. This is a pet friendly cabin. There is an additional $75 charge per pet (2 dogs max, cats are not permitted).

The resort has wonderful amenities and is on a beautiful stretch of the Colorado River. There is even a 50 ft water slide and play structures for kids. ATV trails nearby and boat launch on site as well.

The River is 250' feet away with boat ramp and great shoreline anchorage, over 20mi of river access each direction. located 30 miles S of Parker,AZ and 20 miles N of Blythe, CA

Acces to the desert for the off road toys. Also has a swimming pool, jacuzzi and laundry room.

This is a cute 2 bedroom trailer in a gated community. It sets on a corner lot with a very short walk to the beach area in the park. There is a boat ramp if you need to launch any water vehicles you bring. This space sleeps 4 maximum. It has a full kitchen with all cooking utensils and BBQ on the deck for grilling. It also has a clean fresh new set up in the full size bathroom. There is also access to sand dunes from this location for Sand riding as well.
