You'll enjoy lovely sunrises, coffee in hand, from our ringside balcony. Take advantage of our 2 private pools, one with bar seats! As part of Palmas de Cortez Resort, you have access to seaside dining choices, bars, in-unit hot tub, wine tasting, sushi bar, gym & fire pits. Fishing boats go most every morning right from our beach. Easy access to BEST world class guided fishing; tuna, marlin, dorado. Los Barriles, friendly small fishing town will cook your fish & offer so many dining choices.

Joyita del Sur… just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

The Pearl of Cabo Pulmo

This casita is upstairs with a view of the Sea of Cortez. It's a small studio apartment with a full kitchen and bath. An almost-private beach is a short walk away. All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The Pearl has air conditioning that can run up to 10-12 hours per day in the summer. The Pearl is the third bedroom on the property, but is fully independent from the Jewel of Cabo Pulmo and the Garden Casita. Family groups are welcome to inquire about renting all three.
