I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Ahmed war großartig! Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Der war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

I had a wonderful stay at Omar’s place! He was kind, attentive, and always available to help from checking in to recommending local spots around Cairo. The location was great, the space was clean and comfortable, and his hospitality truly made a difference. . Highly recommend booking with Omar if you want a smooth and welcoming experience!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

I really enjoyed staying at Daniel's place! It's located on a bustling market street with lots to do and see as soon as you walk outside, but also near the metro for easy access to the rest of Cairo! The bedroom is far enough from the busy street that the noise is manageable, and it has the fanciest AC I have seen in Egypt so far. Nice vibe in the bedroom as well! The unit is exactly as pictured, don't expect a couch if you don't see it in the photos, but it's perfectly serviceable for a short stay. The host definitely has experience in the hospitality industry because it really showed in the small things, I really felt taken care of and that there was a lot of thought put into making my stay as comfortable as possible. I would come again.

I feel truly positive regarding the apartment. I made a good decision to choose for my stay. the apartment was good and also location was appropriate for me to reach my.destinations quite easily. only thing I want to.mention that the light system was not sufficient in the house, as I seemed dark in rooms. some fine bright light should be adopted. Overall...it was fantastic!!!

Originally, I wanted to stay in Zamalek, but a local friend suggested I look around Heliopolis. In particular, close to a Metro station so that I could travel around easily & conveniently. It was only 10 stations to downtown, which took around 35 minutes. Rasha’s place turned out to be so much better than I anticipated. I really enjoyed my stay. So relaxing, and she provides almost everything you would ever need. I really appreciated how spacious the apartment was. We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen each evening, and hanging out chatting on the balcony or kicking back on the couch. The best part about this place is that it was always the perfect temperature no matter the weather outside. It was always lovely and comfortable. So there was no need to ever turn on the Aircon (which I don’t like using). Even on our final 2 days, which were quite chilly in the evenings, the place was still nice and cosy. If I am ever back in Cairo, I would definitely stay here again.

An absolute gem! This place surpassed my expectations in every way (and I'm quite demanding...). Superb location, well-equipped, modern, cozy and clean. Easily felt like home for a few days. Communication was seamless. Very grateful to Ahmed and Nouran's for their great hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung, aber sehr zufrieden. Donna war sehr hilfsbereich und freundlich. Genau wie ihre Mitarbeiter. Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt in einer ruhigeren Gegend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

We had an amazing stay in this appartement. It is in a nice area of Cairo as well. Mahmoud is the most amazing host you can imagine. Any question you have, he will respond in no time. And he even regularly checks in to see if everything is okay. All in all, excellent!

The location was very close to many restaurant, places and the airport. The apartment was as described. Cozy and clean. Nehal was timely responsive and helpful. The building guard was also helpful and recommended places to buy grocery and water. The apartment had 3 big water bottles and all equipment we needed. Thank you Nehal for the excellent stay.

Again, I had a nice stay at Hani's place, great large apartment in a lovely neighbourhood.

Great apartment in a centralized location in Egypt. Onsi is a wonderful host. Apartment is very clean and has everything you would need. Well heated and very spacious. It has incredible views and is very close to great food options that open late. It’s in the same building as a brand new coffee shop. It’s in a great/safe part of town and is very secure. Definitely will be back.

It was the best place I've ever stayed in Cairo. Large apartment which contains everything you could need. I was so glad to find sun screen as I had run out, and shampoo too. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the balcony. I felt truly at home. The host is really friendly and helpful and even left bottled water, coffee, biscuits and other goodies for me. There is a very nice doorman called Mohammed who takes the trash, helps with the lift etc. and it feels safe to know he and his family are in the building. Safe and good area with restaurants and shops. There are so many nice touches, even art work by the host on the walls, green plants and tasteful decor. I was sad to leave!

it's my second time here and it was perfect like the first time. what I really love about the place is the calmness around, which in Cairo is quite hard to find!

Aliya's place was really nice as expected, specious and good value of money.

في الحقيقة كانت إقامة رائعة وكان المضيف ودود جداً اشكره على ما قدمه وسعدت حقاً بالإقامة في منزله الجميل انصح بشدة بالتعامل مع محمد وإن شاء الله سأعود مرة أخرى.

I had a pleasant night at Ehab's place. The location is great, the place was very clean, and Ehab has been super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!
