This place is really amazing and I really recommend it for short or long staying. Nadia is a super host: she is kind, polite, helpful and always responsive. The house is really beautiful! Big, clean, spacious, a beautiful garden and patio, comfortable beds, big kitchen with all the amenities and more… The neighborhood , Madinaty, is really peaceful: lot of green areas, safe, close to the airport, easy to reach with Uber or taxi. Next time in Cairo I will definitely try to book this place again!!! Great compliment Nadia!!!

Had a great time with my family , the place was child friendly and had all the facilities required for a young family . Yousef was always available when contacted and helpful. He is a great host ! Close to Open Air Mall so shopping was awesome :)

Very pleased with our stay. The apartment was clean with comfortable furniture. The listing for the apartment was accurate, and the amenities listed were all available. Very quick to respond to our questions, and quickly resolved a few minor issues that we had. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the area is clean. Ahmed is a great host who is attentive to your needs and makes himself available if you have any issues. We would definitely stay here again when in the Cairo area. I had a fantastic experience at Tio House! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything was well-maintained, and the attention to detail made my stay extra special. Amr is a fantastic host who has been very responsive and ready at hand with information and guidance regarding check in etc. The apartment is well presented, clean, homely and just as described. I felt very comfortable and safe. Bathroom, furniture, linen, kitchen - in very good, CLEAN condition. High recommend this host and this property. I visit Cairo regularly and will for sure be staying here again.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Zum entspannen perfekt. Zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit fährt man ca. 10 Minuten. Dadurch ist es aber sehr ruhig und man wird durch nichts gestört. Man kann ohne Probleme seine Lebesmittel nachhause bestellen ("Talabat" für die die zu erstem mal in Ägypten sind). Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Alle Geräte sind neu und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Das Apartment ist schön aufgeteilt und auf dem Balkon kann man die Sonne genießen.

I stayed in Mohamed’s apartment for a full month, and it was absolutely wonderful. It looks exactly like the pictures and is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. All essential services are nearby—the mosque, bakery, supermarket, and pharmacy are all about a 1.5-minute walk from the apartment. South Park Mall is just a 4-minute walk away, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and other services. The gym is also only a 5-minute walk. Mohamed is a very respectful and responsive host. When I requested a heater due to the cold weather, he promptly bought one of the best quality. I highly recommend this place!

The rental price was very reasonable considering the quality of the apartment and the area. It offered great value for money, especially compared to other options in Madinaty. Like any place, there were a few minor issues at first, but they were quickly addressed, and the overall experience remained positive. The host was responsive and made sure that any concerns were taken care of in a timely manner.
