Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

Entrance foyer provides basic meal prep area with small convection oven and one pot induction burner. Bedroom/sitting area includes bar fridge, microwave, kettle,coffee maker, teas and coffee. Shared chest freezer also available. BBQ and outdoor kitchen wash up area near accommodation. Complementary access to 18 acres of private property which includes trails, and lounge areas.

This cottage is perfectly located for you and your friends and family to enjoy. With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

Très bien situé près de la Marina "Brown's", un dépanneur qui offre aussi biere et vin. A quelques pas de l'hotel Opinicon, la galerie d'art du vieux moulin, le musée de l'éclusier, le sentier Trans-Canadien "Cataraqui Trail", l'écluse de Chaffey's Lock et les petits villages de Newboro, Westport, Elgin, Delta, Jones Falls, Seeley's Bay et Gananoque dans les mille Iles.
