A rural farm-stay retreat, located on a drowsy country lane! Our property includes flower gardens and an event barn. There are plenty of day adventures throughout the area, although we won’t blame you if you don't want to leave! We flipped our garage into this cozy guesthouse with vintage, earthy, Bohemian vibes. You'll find good coffee and special touches here. Eat al fresco in the Binzebo or meditate amongst flowers! Be still - you might hear sandhill cranes, owls, pheasants or coyotes.

G’ma’s Guesthouse

Come and relax in this newly refurbished vintage home with your friends and family. Pricing varies with group size. This four bedroom home boasts a fully furnished new kitchen including coffee, tea, and spices. There are original hardwood floors throughout. A wraparound porch has seating for your enjoyment in the warmer months. There is a one bedroom apartment within the home with the only shared space being the entryway. Quiet times are between 10 pm and 8 am. Roku TV and WiFi are provided.

There are hiking trails throughout the property with incredible canopies of mature hardwoods. River access on the property makes kayaking, canoeing, or tubing a breeze. Plan your escape today!!

Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, with off-street parking, and complete with everything you will need during your stay. Relax and refresh at Rustic Acres Homestead & Springs. Rustic Acres was family built and is family run. This is a great place to get away and connect with family, nature, and friends. You'll get peace and quiet at Rustic Acres, but we aren't far from local attractions! We are located about two miles north of Seed Savers, three miles from Winneshiek Wildberry Winery, seven miles from Luther College, nine miles from downtown Decorah, and 13 miles from Toppling Goliath.

Hill Top House

Located .5 miles from the Upper Iowa River, Hilltop house has the most perfect view. The house sleeps 8, but we welcome and encourage smaller groups as well. This location has 2 bathrooms, a relaxing loft and the most dreamy porch. *WARNING* When booking in the winter be aware of our driveway shown in the picture. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive. We also have a pack n play and high chair available upon request.
