Amazing find, incredible views, and friendly property management!!

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful place....all amenities provided. Comfortable beds....steam shower is awesome! Frank is a very hands on host...proactive....wanting to make sure we had a great stay!

Sheila is amazing!! This was our first time using AirBnB, so we asked lots of (probs silly) questions. She answered everything within the response time window. The place was really clean and beautiful. We were able to bring our two dogs too which was amazing as well. There was nothing our dogs could get into (inside and outside)! It was a private place off a main road but it was very peaceful at night. We weren’t able to use the hot tub due to weather but I’m sure that and the surroundings would have been a 10/10. I recommend booking with her. Such a sweet person.

This Cottage was just as described. Very peaceful and right on the lake. Easy access to downtown Hot Springs and the track.

We had wonderful stay at The Lookout! The mountain views were absolutely stunning!! We found ourselves sitting on the deck just soaking it all in. The game room was a huge hit with our family. The fire pit was perfect for making s’mores and hot tub was ideal for relaxing & watching the stars. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommended and hope to be back again!

I believe that a perfect rating is required, but we got in late, after having car trouble, so it was dark and we really had to search for where we were going. We also realized that we had parking at the end of the building and didn't have to park in the back. I couldn't get in with our door code, but Kevin quickly gave us one to unlock the door. The condo is amazing. We were on the first floor but never heard anyone above us. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep and then enjoy the daytime view overlooking the water. Everything was very convenient, the condo was really nice and well-appointed inside, 15 minutes from the convention center, close to a lot of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here. Just make sure to ask him to leave the light on if you are arriving late. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was quiet and clean. We loved the loft style bedroom. If there was anything that was missing it would be a tv in the bedrooms. We would stay again!
