Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. This cute and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is located on a quarter acre lot fully fenced. We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

There are 3 horses on property within fenced area. Owners are available anytime and are close by. House is a one bedroom, one bath fully stocked for a comfortable stay, lots of parking.
