Like it’s name, this quirky apartment was historically an old workshop which was once occupied by mechanics. It has since been converted into a stylish and modern apartment perfect for all. There is 1 bedroom and 1 pull out bed in the lounge meaning it can sleep up to 4. Based centrally in the historical market town of Leek, the apartment is located close to popular attractions like Alton Towers, Peak Wildlife Park and the glorious Peak District. The three storey, self contained accommodation is a perfect base for investigating the surrounding area. Ideal for all year round breaks, get togethers, wedding accommodation -The Ashes Barn Wedding Venue, Dunwood Hall Estate Wedding Venue, sightseeing, walking in the Peak District or finding out the history of the Potteries.

Rock End Retreat

Rock End Retreat is a spacious self contained bungalow with parking for two cars. It has easy access and is set in a peaceful and private setting on a working family dairy farm. The retreat is modern with plush bedrooms and comfy sofas with newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The outside area is securely fenced so that pooches can explore safely. We can offer farm tours for those interested in the milking process. Also The Woodland Watch shepherd’s hut can accommodate extra guests here.

Owls Loft is a self contained cottage with a private outdoor seating area and garden. In a tranquil, rural setting, with views of the Cheshire Plain, this is a great place to recharge your batteries. It is well located to visit the Peak District, or get the train into Manchester from Macclesfield or Congleton. There are a number of National Trust properties within easy reach , as well as Alton Towers, Chatsworth House, the antique shops of Leek and the pottery towns of Stoke on Trent.

Our family of 5 people plus an Airedale Terrier will give you a warm welcome and will do everything we can to help you enjoy your stay. Simply furnished and comfortable, you can relax inside the cottage or explore the garden - the patio, the hammock, the fire-pit, or the BBQ, or just sitting in the damson orchard admiring the blossom!
