Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Ideally located moments from Mill Hill Thameslink, the park, the local shops, cafes and restaurants and places of worship. Strictly no smoking inside or on the premises. If you are coming from abroad, Luton Airport is easily accessed by Thameslink depending on flight arrivals/ departures times - it does not run 24/7. Please check.

The Barn is a modern, fully fitted studio space that is surrounded by open countryside. Enjoy this romantic hideaway with someone special. Watch Netflix on your own cinema screen. The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.

Garden cabin

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog & cats The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside Free parking nearby

Tiny home at the back of our home, very quiet at night not far from train station (10 min walk) and 30min from Oxford Street via Tube and Train, you will be greeted by Host as you will have to walk through our house to the garden where your place of stay is, we have a English Springer Spaniels who are very friendly dogs so please be aware of that as they are not locked !
