Très bon séjour dans le logement d'Isa. Tout est conforme a la description. Le calme absolu des lieux et la proximité de la plage forment un tandem idéal pour qui veut se ressourcer.

This apartment has the wow factor. It was luxurious, well appointed and warm. The sea views were amazing and it was great to be able to access the wonderful beach from the balcony and listen to the waves in bed. My husband had told Susan we were celebrating an anniversary and she left wine and chocolates for us, which was a lovely touch. It was easy to walk into the centre, or you could catch a bus from the stop nearby. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

The photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolute must see. Perfect location that it’s just far enough away and high enough for fantastic views of the bay and lovely surrounding walks. Highly recommend walking along the seafront to birbeck and watching the sunset! Host responded quickly and was super helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be back!

Had a lovely 3 days at Fish Hoek.The whole apartment was beautifully presented and was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean.The amazing view of the sea literally just outside our window topped it off for us too.We felt so chilled and relaxed we didn't want to leave.All the little extras like the beach and sea themed books in the lounge were lovely too.Thankyou so much for a lovely stay, we will definitely be renting from Karim and Harmony Hills again.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut! Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen. Allerdings ist es relativ hellhörig und wenn Nachbarn da sind, hört man viel drumherum. Zudem wäre etwas mehr Stauraum in der Küche gut gewesen. Das sind jedoch nur kleine Dinge und wir empfehlen die Wohnung definitiv weiter.

It’s a nice apartment that is 2 mins walk from Sandown Pier. Mark and Veronica are nice friendly hosts and are very responsive. Parking on the street might get tricky during busy times but then you get access to a parking space in a nearby hotel (which I didn’t use so no comment on that). Thanks

The view! I wish we had been able to stay longer. We didn't have the best weather while we were there but walking on the beach was still a highlight of our trip. We also didn't get to enjoy the patio but in nice weather you could spent hours out there. The accomodation was perfect - incredibly clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We would happily stay there again.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Luc est un hôte sympathique et accueillant (cidre et petits gâteaux !) Le logement est mignon. parfait pour 4 personnes, très proche ( à pied) de la mer très propre et est parfaitement équipé à tous points de vue ( linge, matériel de cuisine etc ...). Nous recommandons !

Great house right on the shingle beach. Wonderful view of the sea and around the bay from the terrace. We had a lovely relaxing long weekend in the glorious sunshine. Very well equipped house, everything you'd need in the kitchen and some extra goodies from Donna as well as milk, butter, tea etc. Great games room although the weather was so good we didn't use it much. Donna is an excellent host, good communication. We hope to return.

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! Would definitely come back in a heartbeat :-)) thank you so much Jude! X

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! L’appartement est super confortable, la literie est top, on dort comme à la maison. La plage est à quelques pas, et en ouvrant la fenêtre, on entend les vagues et les oiseaux : le rêve ! L’hôte est super sympa, disponible et aux petits soins. On a adoré notre séjour et on rêve déjà de revenir !”

We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Ce n est pas la 1ere fois que je prends ce logement Et chaqur fois j adore La piscine fermee c est encore mieux car on peut manget dehors avec le bruit des vagues. 🤣🤣 et pareil pour s endormir Estelle super presente et reactive On reviendra
