The house is located in a peaceful corner of Apšuciems, surrounded by forest and part of the scenic Lāčupīte Arboretum. It's just a short walk (150 meters) through pine trees to a quiet, sandy beach - perfect for morning swims, evening strolls, or simply unwinding by the sea. You’ll find nature all around, with walking trails, bird song, and plenty of fresh air. The center of Apšuciems is just 15 minutes away on foot, and the charming village of Klapkalnciems is a 30 minute walk along the coast.

There are bicycles. We will accept pets. Outdoor jacuzzi and sauna (for a separate fee). Shop 5 km.

Jūrmalas Priedes

Holiday house Jurmalas Priedes (Seaside Pines) is located in pine forest 150 m from sandy beach. My family (we live in another house on the same plot of land) warmly welcomes you all year round. The house consists of two separate parts, and thus suitable for two families or families with grandparents. We provide all the necessary amenities, and you can always reach us if necessary. Free parking and free Wi-Fi internet also are provided. Almost private white sandy beach is just across the dune!

Brīvdienu māja Neilandi atrodas vien īsas pastaigas (5 min) attālumā no jūras un 10 minūšu attālumā no Engures centra. Aicinām jūs baudīt priežu meža svaigo un jūras sāļo gaisu pat neizejot no pagalma. Engures osta un pludmale sniedz dažādas iespējas katrai gaumei. Pastaigu cienītājiem iesakām apmeklēt Engures ezera dabas parku, Lāčupītes dendrāriju. Engurē bieži tiek organizēti dažādi pasākumi, kā arī iespēja iegādāties zivis no vietējiem ražotājiem, svaigi ceptu maizi no maizes ceptuves.

Separate entrance from the sea side and private garden with all facilities to be used during your stay - BBQ, sun lounges, hammock and bicycles. Freshly baked local bread, sweet pastry or home made breakfast can be arranged on request. Supermarket and market of local products in only 350 meters distance. Heating during cold season is available, books and magazines for rainy days.

House has 3 bedrooms, a big living room with a fireplace, kitchen with all the necessities, bathroom and two toilets. This house is ideal for families or friends - who want to relax, have fun and spend some time close to nature. The house is right next to a forest, the place is spacious allowing everyone to have their own space for relaxation and comfort. P.S. In order to check who is coming/going we have a camera towards the gates. : ) for our and your safety.

Viesu māja ar zemi skaistā un klusā vietā Engurē, dzīvojamā telpa ap 50m2. Māja sastāv no guļamistabas, atpūtas zonas, virtuves (ar visu nepieciešamo sadzīves tehniku), sanmezgla un nelielu terasi. Īpašumā ir dārzs ar lieliem ķiršu kokiem, ābelēm un augu krūmiem, ir dīķis un bruģēts atpūtas laukums atpūtai ārā. Iela nav caurbraucama, nodrošinot lielisku atpūtu un mieru no pilsētas trokšņiem, attālums līdz jūrai 1.2 km. Tuvumā ir veikali un kafejnīcas.

We offer 5 comfortable rooms with all amenities located on the 2nd floor of the guesthouse and a spacious banquet hall of 75 s.m. with a kitchen area on the ground floor. Wide wood-heated sauna has been established in the left wing on the ground floor with a nice terrace next to it. There is also a pond. We have thought of our smallest guests: different board games, toys and fairy tale books. Sauna and hot tub is available for additional price.

A wonderful, rare place with an amazing view. The houses are located right on the dune. The sea and the beach are just a few meters away and can be seen from the windows. Absolute unity of man with nature! There are many fishing villages and natural attractions around. In close proximity there are the Lachupite Arboretum, Kemeri National Park, the unique Kanieris and Engure lakes.
