The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Its equipped with A /C, parking place, sun curtain in the terrass, blackout blinds in all windows, TV, free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily. From season 2026 the pool is not availble.

Al centro di Licata sul lungomare, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla piazza centrale, per godervi senza stress e senza uso dell auto con posto bici e moto al coperto, il mare il sole l arte e la storia con i monumenti, la cucina a base di pesce locale e le delizie della pasticceria siciliana. La sera il divertimento le passeggiate al porto turistico allietato da musica e canzoni e gli eventi estivi di un paese di mare. La Valle dei Templi a circa 35Km. La Scala dei Turchi a circa 40 km.

La zona è piena di servizi quali : farmacie, bar, ristoranti, negozi di ceramica, botteghe alimentari. L'appartamento è posto sullo stesso piano del terrazzo panoramico che è condiviso da tutti gli ospiti .

Casa indipendente nel bellissimo centro storico di Cefalu. Strada pedonale molto tranquilla vicinissima alla cattedrale ed alla spiaggia. Potete vivere la cittadina in piena libertà senza dover prendere mezzi di trasporto. Ingresso privato, bellissima vista mare con balcone. Casa completamente arredata con una camera da letto ( con letto Queen) ed un soggiorno con divano letto. Bagno con doccia.
