Welcome to this centrally located, spacious house less than 20 mins away from the city centre! It can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The house will soon turn 80 years but is modern and well-equipped. The common space is spacious and perfect for inviting a bunch of friends over for dinner or Swedish fika. There are two large terraces, the upper one with a covered patio for chilly or rainy days. The area is very calm and lush, but by metro you can reach the city centre in just 17 mins!

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss.
