The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The Shed is a cosy, chic and welcoming studio in a vaulted beamed room. Set in the stunning grounds of a 16th century farmhouse with beautiful views and secure parking. Double bed, sitting area, TV\DVD, kitchenette. Small dining area, tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom with toilet, sink and large walk in shower. Bedlinen and towels provided, and a complementary evening meal or home made snacks during longer term stays.

Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
