Bedroom features a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The private patio in the back has a table and chairs for relaxing/dining.

Claygate has local shops and a CoOp, several pubs and restaurants and we are close to a bus stop with a frequent bus service to Kingston for major shops.
