With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king bed and a queen bed, along with 2 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials. Only 20 minutes from SLC airport or 10 minutes from the Utah Motorsports Park. Enjoy all modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. This apartment is in the back of our personal residence and is adjacent to our detached garage surrounded by agricultural fields.
