We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of room for our family, the kitchen made it easy to make meals, and there was a great outside eating area we enjoyed. It was easy to find and ample parking. The location is great. It was less than 10 minutes to Loveland ski area which is a fantastic place to ski. It’s also really close to Georgetown and Idaho Springs if you want to eat out or walk around a town. We also loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars after a fun day on the slopes! Jesse was super responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

My family spent the week of Christmas as this beautiful home! Alyssa went out of her way to ensure the house had adorable Christmas decorations, to include Christmas coffee mugs! The home was clean, with cozy throw blankets and kitchen fully stocked for us to prepare a huge Christmas dinner. This home is in the perfect location, from snowmobiling, skiing to the natural hot springs! We spent a full day at the house and the views and cozy wood stove were the perfect way to spend an unforgettable snowy Christmas!

This property was amazing !! We loved the secluded lakeside cabin with plenty of amenities and any gear you would want to use, available for you. Catherine and Chris were amazing hosts with flexible check in and very helpful with giving us info on the best hiking locations and information on how they’ve up-kept the lake by putting in an aeration system that allows the fish and wildlife to thrive there. Super close to the casino and skiing, a great location over all with a homey feel. Everything inside the home was well stocked and well maintained. It’s clear that these homeowners take pride in their property. It was truly so special to watch all the moose move through the lawn in the evenings and even a bald eagle soaring during the day over the lake !! We would love to visit again and give friends recommendations to stay here. Thank you !!

Brion and Taj are great hosts. very welcoming, warm people who make you feel right at home. The basement apartment is lovely. We stayed here for 15 days and felt very comfortable. furthermore, quite neighborhood, lovely back patio, well equipped kitchen, clean. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The house was beautiful and so well stocked. They had everything we needed. The house was spacious and the view was beautiful. The location was so close to a grocery store and about 6 minutes to the slopes. The kids loved the hot tub! I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely stunning stay and hoping to make the trip out again. House was in great shape and we made good use of the fireplace and hot tub. lots of accessible hikes in the area, and can't beat the views from the living room.

My family and my brother’s family had a wonderful visit to Fraser. The Airbnb was perfect for our two families. It was warm and inviting. Clean and modern. You will find everything you need there for your use. Winter Park was amazing to work with! They were so helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again.

Great little getaway in the mountains. Truly amazing views. Accurate pictures and description. Lots of thought and detail went into this place - not a cheap thing in the entire house from bedding to kitchen supplies to decor. Nestled in a nice safe neighborhood. Becca was extremely responsive. Will be back!

Perfect place to explore nearby hiking, hot springs, and food at Mountain Prime in Idaho Springs. Comfortable, quiet, and very reasonably priced.

I had a great stay at this spot! The location was private and peaceful, with unbelievable views. The place had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’m already looking forward to rebooking soon. I definitely recommend it!

Had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed the excursion in the mountains staying here. The night we stayed it snowed and we could hear the wind at night. We felt very cozy sleeping in the heated blanket bed and lived the giant comfy bean bag in the loft.

Evolve did a great job communicating with us and we had a wonderful time at the Lemmon Lodge cabin! It was a wonderful little spot in Grand Lake. We especially loved the guest book!

If you plan on snowmobiling in grand lake this is the place for you! The trail is right beside the cabin. Plenty of room to accommodate a group. The laundry room is awesome to store your gear. This is a perfect place to stay and has beautiful views! The host was very helpful throughout our entire stay!

It’s a great place in a beautiful area, and the host was always helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again myself.
